Carmie Hogan
Carmie is the proud wife of Kevin Hogan and blessed to be called ‘Mom’ by Cole, Cody, Kadi, Casen and Kyndal.
Born in Hobb, NM and raised in West Texas, Carmie graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Arts in Management Information Systems. After college, she landed in Austin, Texas at National Instruments. She worked as a programmer analyst and developed several interfaces in which Oracle incorporated into their CRM modules. The family then moved to San Antonio where she worked for USAA REALCO in their IT department receiving REALCO’s Employee of the Year award in 2007. The last move brought them to Houston where she worked as a systems analyst for Hines Interests LLP and did consulting work for SmartBridge until it was time to begin her greatest calling of staying home with her kids.
The family currently attends St. Theresa’s Catholic Church in Sugar Land where they have come to love the Traditional Latin Mass. Having converted in 2010, Carmie has found that previously serving as CCE teacher and working at Catholic Kids Camp in the summers keeps her engaged with a child-like faith. Some of their favorite activities include family games, hunting at the ranch, watching college football and taking in every extracurricular activity the kids are involved in. Carmie also serves as secretary on the Marlee’s Smile Board, which holds a very special place in her heart.
The Hogans have attended Logos Prep since 2018. Carmie has served as a grade level mom, Jubilee co-chair and helps in any way with logistics for sports. The Hogans also host C2 at their home on Mondays. They feel like their family has grown exponentially and wouldn’t have it any other way!
