Join us on August 1st for our annual Power Up parent training sessions. We value the opportunity to prepare with you for a powerful year of impact for your students. Power Up is designed to offer both practical help for parents and opportunities to grow in community. The event will prepare parents for the school year ahead with discussions, resources, and parent training sessions while providing a chance to meet and fellowship with other Logos Prep parents. Consistently it is found that parents utilizing this information and training seminars are better equipped and informed throughout the year. This leads to stronger student success and greater parent/school partnership. Don't miss this special time to gain valuable insight from teachers, staff, and special speakers to help you navigate through the school's unique model and encourage the best outcomes.

This is the first DEN parent meeting of the year for kindergarten, first and second grades only. D.E.N. stands for Demonstrate, Equip, Nurture. The goal of these meetings is to demonstrate how we will be teaching new concepts in the central classroom, to equip parents with any materials or supply lists for essential items for home study and to give back into the lives of our LP families by nurturing them with affirming words and encouraging scripture. It is a great face to face with the teachers that demonstrates their heart for our students and their expertise as a classroom instructor. Additionally, these meetings serve to provide fellowship and foster community with parents to network and get to know each other. School age students are welcome to attend. Please bring school work for them to complete. There will be a light breakfast and coffee served for the parents ONLY. Please bring your students a snack if they would like one. Students should be dressed in spirit wear.
Open to all secondary students, this is an amazing opportunity for students to go away for a weekend and get to know each other. For new students, this retreat serves as a fun way to get plugged in and to start growing those peer relationships that will help guide their years at Logos Prep. Students worship, participate in Bible studies, and compete with Logos Prep teachers, coaches and administrators throughout the weekend.
If you have any questions about next year's retreat, please contact Joel Gutowsky at joel.gutowsky@logosprep.org.
