Brooks Street
Doors open at 7:40 a.m.  Roar! starts at 7:45 a.m. We will enjoy donuts as well as a time of fellowship, worship, and Bible study.  Also, Mrs. Ross will be teaching our new proclamation for this school year. 

Elementary 
Doors will open at 7:45 a.m. Roar! starts at 8:00 a.m. We will spend time in praise and worship.  

Spirit Wear
A Logos Prep approved spirit shirt and jeans can be worn. Please remember to follow all guidelines for spirit wear dress code as noted in the handbook.

The seniors will be going on the annual Bubble Buster tour to Elijah Rising to hear about the work that they are doing to push back against the darkness that is the sex trafficking industry in the Houston area. Seniors will meet in the Commons area absolutely no later than 9:00 a.m. and will leave shortly after that. The visit will be complete by noon and students should arrive back at the school around 12:30 p.m.

Each year we try to remind our seniors that as Christians they are called to let their Light shine in the darkness of this world. Within a short drive of our school, there is a multi-million dollar industry of darkness. Elijah Rising is pushing back against that darkness. Throughout this time with Elijah Rising, our students will hear about the history of Elijah Rising, how the sex-trafficking industry grew and took ground in the city of Houston, and what Elijah Rising is doing to push back against that darkness. It will be an eye opening time, but a time full of growth and hopefully encouragement.

Eighth grade students will have the opportunity to take the PSAT 8/9, and students in grades 9-11 will take the PSAT/NMSQT. These tests are offered by the College Board, creators of the SAT college entrance exam. Students enrolled both full time and in Math & English are required to take the test; no pre-registration is necessary. On testing day, students should wear Spirit Wear and must arrive before 8:00 a.m. (doors will open at 7:30 a.m.) as testing will start promptly at 8:00 a.m. They should complete testing between 11:45 a.m. and noon (for 9th-11th grade) and between 11:30 a.m. and 11:45 a.m. (for 8th grade). Students in 9th & 10th grade will be testing at the junior high campus and should be dropped off and picked up at the circle drive of the junior high campus, while students in 8th & 11th grade should be dropped off and picked up at the main campus building.

School uniforms are required for the photos, so remember those collared shirts. Jackets will be removed for photos.
