B2SB is an all school community orientation. This day includes open houses on each of our campuses and at each grade level, a showcase of student organizations and activities, a spirit wear sale, a school-wide assembly, house inductions for our secondary students, multiple food trucks including Foreign Policy, Travelin' Tom's Coffee Truck, and Dippin' Dots, and other activities to build community. During B2SB, the school year’s theme is unveiled and teachers hand out welcome letters and other information for students.

Showcase, Commons Area 4:00-8:00 p.m. (Closed during B2SB program)
B2SB - Worship Center and Commons Area 6:00-7:00 p.m.
7-12 Open House/Meet The Teacher, 59 Campus and JH Campus 7:00-8:00 p.m.
The DEN parent meeting is for kindergarten, first and second grades only. D.E.N. stands for Demonstrate, Equip, Nurture. The goal of these meetings is to demonstrate how we will be teaching new concepts in the central classroom, to equip parents with any materials or supply lists for essential items for home study and to give back into the lives of our LP families by nurturing them with affirming words and encouraging scripture. It is a great face to face with the teachers that demonstrates their heart for our students and their expertise as a classroom instructor. Additionally, these meetings serve to provide fellowship and foster community with parents to network and get to know each other. School age students are welcome to attend but not required. Please bring school work for them to complete. There will be a light breakfast and coffee served for the parents ONLY. Please bring your students a snack if they would like one. Students should be dressed in spirit wear.
Students will once again head out to Carolina Creek in Huntsville for the Secondary Retreat. All 7th - 12th grade students are invited. The retreat consistently is a high point of the school year for students and we hope they will join us!
The registration form looks a little different this year as there will be no payment accepted on the form. Students' school account will be charged during the week of retreat. In preparation for the retreat this year we need to know exact numbers sooner, so we will not be able to take registrations after Friday, August 14th. In addition, no refunds will be issued after this point as well.
Finally, there is a link on the top of the retreat registration page that leads to another waiver required by the camp. Please make sure and complete this additional waiver. Sign up through the following link: 26-27 Secondary Student Retreat Registration
